She started her career in QAI and worked for about 3 years in various roles. She later joined KMG in the Human Resource department where she successfully provided a facelift to HR management in the company. That opportunity provided her with in depth knowledge about human interaction, HR policies and programs. |

Later she joined as Director- Recruitment and HR in Pro-Tech Consulting, Inc., a staff augmentation company which was in an infant stage at that time. Priyanka played a vital role in growing the company to a mid size staff augmentation company with over 100 resources. She is involved in the operational, finance and strategic initiatives of Pro-Tech and develops business with clients. |
